Make transfers between your CGSB accounts easier than ever by setting up an automatic transfer with us.  These free transfers can be done in any amount and scheduled in a variety of frequencies to meet your needs. You can set them up yourself with your online banking, or have us do it for you by providing us with the Authorization to Transfer Funds Form.

Cash Advances
If you are short on cash and need to make an advance from your Discover, Mastercard or VISA credit cards, we can accommodate your needs.  Just stop by one of our offices.  Click here for Locations/Hours. 

Coin Machine
Located at our Plymouth Office, we are pleased to provide a self service coin machine for your use.  CGSB customers utilizing this service will be charged a service fee of 3%.  Non-customers utilizing this service will be charged a service fee of 6%.  The customer receipt issued by this device may be taken to any teller for either deposit or redemption for an amount equal to the transaction total less any service fees that may be applicable.  The net amount due is shown on the receipt on the lower right-hand side, printed in large characters. It is the policy of this institution that receipts issued by this machine must be redeemed for cash or deposited on the date issued only!  It is important that you safeguard your receipt.  It is redeemable for cash by anyone who possesses it.

US coins commemorating particular people, places or events are available at our offices for the collector or as a unique gift. 

Direct Deposit
Most employers offer the convenience of having your payroll check directly deposited in an account of your choice.  And don’t forget that your Social Security benefits can be directly deposited too.  Call us for more information, ask your employer or for Social Security benefits visit www.GoDirect.org.

Foreign Currency
When traveling outside the USA, sometimes it’s convenient to have some currency of the country you are visiting.  If you notify us several days in advance we can accommodate you.  Call (603) 536-0001 or email us at .

If you are a customer and need a document notarized, stop by one of our offices and we will be glad to do this for you at no charge.

Overdraft Protection Transfer
Save time and money by using the funds in your statement savings account to cover an unexpected insufficient balance in your checking account.  Once you sign up, transfers are made automatically in $25 increments for a minimal fee of $5.00.

Round Up Savings
Make saving money seamless by simply rounding up your Visa Debit Card transactions to the next whole dollar, or adding up to $5 to the round up amount to be saved or transferring a set amount up to $5 with no round up amount, and charging your attached checking account and depositing the round up amount chosen into your selected savings account(s).

Safe Deposit Boxes
Enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of safe deposit boxes for the storage of your valuables.  We offer a variety of box sizes at either of our offices, sure to meet your needs.  You may access your box during business hours.  You should note that the bank does not insure the contents of the box, so you may wish to obtain your own insurance.

Wire Transfers
If you need to transfer funds and need availability right away, then a wire transfer may be your answer.  Generally, we must have the instructions before noon and they must be in writing.

CGSB offers STAMP Signature Guarantee and Signature Validation Services.

These services are provided to CGSB customers only.

Medallion Signature Guarantee Program

A Medallion Guarantee is a unique signature guarantee for transfers of securities.  It is obtained from a Financial Institution that participates in the Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program (STAMP).

When we affix a medallion stamp to your document, we warrant that the signature is genuine, that the signer is authorized and of legal age and capacity.

Therefore, at minimum, the following verification documents are required:

Proper ID, proof of ownership of security and an account statement showing value of security.

If the transaction does not involve a transfer, sale, liquidation or change in ownership of a security, it does not qualify for a medallion stamp.  The transaction, however, may qualify for a Signature Validation.

Signature Validation Program

This validation stamp allows us to guarantee your signature for a non-security transaction event.  A short list of examples of what types of transactions these might be include: 

• Authorization for ACH or wire transfer withdrawals

• IRA report change

• Beneficiary name change

• IRA distribution form

• Transfer of funds between accounts

• Transfer of funds between financial institutions

• Change of address
