“When our original mortgage was sold to an out-of-town bank we lost the ability to talk to a real person. We decided we wanted a real bank. We went back to CGSB for our mortgage refinancing. CGSB had approved a home improvement loan earlier when our other bank had said no.
Besides our personal checking and savings accounts, a safe deposit box, mortgage, and our children’s savings accounts, we set up a checking account/debit card for our college son, Sean. As teachers and coaches we like CGSB’s involvement in community groups and kids’ sports. Nice to have a real bank!” |
